Sasha Dela Artist Bio/Statement Sasha Dela received her MFA from California College of the Arts in 2005 and her BFA in painting from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design in 2000. She also participated in the 2000 Florence Honors Program at the Accademia Di Belle Arte (Florence, Italy). In January 2005, Sasha Dela worked on a collaborative project with writer Solidad DeCosta at the Lucid Art Foundation. She completed a residency at the Santa Fe Art Institute in 2003. Her work has been exhibited at the Pulliam Deffenbaugh Gallery, Portland, OR ; the San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery, San Francisco, CA; Arthouse, Austin, TX; and Diverseworks, Houston, TX. |
